Seven Movements Research Platform x UBCO (Health Sciences, Okanagan)
The University of British Columbia (Health & Sciences, Okanagan Campus) partnered with Seven Movements Research and McMaster University to study the impact of micro-movement protocols on cardiac, mental health and diabetes. The research team, led by Dr. Johnathan Little, required a digital framework to deliver interventions, track daily engagement and collect reliable participant data.
Challenge
The research team needed a solution that would:
