Seven Movements Platform
Seven Movements is a platform built around the idea of “movement snacking” or micro‐dosing movement: helping people incorporate very short, accessible movement habits into their daily routines. It’s designed especially for the “80%” of the population who don’t do traditional fitness programs – people with limited mobility, chronic conditions or who feel intimidated or overwhelmed by formal exercise.
Challenge
The platform needed to:
-
Make fitness inclusive and approachable
-
Support small but sustainable habit formation

Personalize movements to readiness, pain or stress levels

Conclusion
Seven Movements Platform demonstrates how a fitness platform can reach beyond the usual “already active 20%” by meeting people where they are – offering micro-movements, personalized support and habit scaffolding. The result is a more inclusive, sustainable way to embed movement into daily life, boosting health, mobility and wellbeing over time.
